Express Valuation

Professional Valuation

With this service, the user can obtain the value of a given company, by performing the following steps:

Step 1: The user requests in writing, the valuation express service for a given company, through a writen request sent to us by email or by fax.

Step 2: IF Computación will provide the user, with the information request formats that he must fill, in order to begin the valuation process. If Computación shall also provide the instructions for filling the data formats.

Step 3: The client fills in the required information in the input formats, and resends them to If Computación, with a check or money order for the requested service.

Step 4: IF Computación receives and processes the input information given by the user, and determines the value of the company. As a result of this process, If Computación will send to the client the following output information:

Valuation Report.

·

Projected Balance Sheet.

·

Projected Profit and Loss statement.

·

Projected Cash Flow.

The Express Valuation, will have a total cost of US $1000.

The VALUATION EXPRESS client, will be able to request from If Computación, a complementary consultancy of this valuation service. This consultancy can be held before, during or after the valuation process, and can fulfill requirements of input, scenarios generation or interpretation of the different output reports that the system provides after the valuation process has been done.

IF Computacion will not be responsable for the results that valuator generates with the data input from the user database, that the user has provided to If Computación. If Computación will not be held responsible for the actions taken by the user of this service, due to the value of the company that If Computación has provided through this service.
