Calculation Procedure |
In order to calculate the Average Cost, the Cost of the debt and the cost of the Equity are used.
For the determination of this cost VALUATOR applies the CAPM method. The user can also introduce a value in a "manual way", for the Cost of Capital. The system will use any one of such values for the determination of the present value. |
 |
Operation |
Valuator is a very simple system. First input the initial database of the company, with the Profit and Loss statement and the Balance Sheet statement corresponding to the year cero.
You can also input five years of history of this statements. Then input the projected sales figures, and later the general and special assumptions. Now you are prepared to valuate the company. |
 |
Sensitivity Analysis |
With this module the user will be able to see what happens when the assumed assumptions are modified, giving an inmediate answer for a new value of the given company. The system automatically modifies the variables of the previous plan, and shows results for the following variables: |
· |
Sales. |
· |
Cost of Sales. |
· |
Expenses. |
· |
Beta. |
· |
Accounts receivable and Accounts payable. |
· |
Inventory (days). |
 |
